I wanted to express how satisfied I am with the beautiful home Mr. Vito Tamma built for us in North York, Ontario. My neighbors who were following
the various stages of its construction were the first to inform me of this new exclusive home being built just one street down from me. One particular neighbor who is quite savvy when it comes to construction and
renovation told me I should seriously consider buying it, as the construction was of very high quality. I went for a walk and met Mr. Tamma, who was inspecting the frame and foundation at the time. He was
very obviously proud of his design and construction, and spent time with me explaining his plans for this beautiful home. From that point on I was
hooked. After a brief and pleasant negotiation discussion, we proceeded to work together to customize my new home. In fact I felt very comfortable letting Mr. Tamma proceed with his original plan, as his ideas were superb.
Mr. Tamma has a quality as an exclusive homebuilder that is ideal; he is a perfectionist and he cares greatly about his work. On at least two occasions Mr. Tamma decided to replace entire sections of a Rooms cabinets
or detailing because it just didnt quite meet his expectations. We were
obviously thrilled he took such pride in his craftsmanship. He was also
very receptive to any suggestions we had and customized our home exactly
according to our specific requests. My wife, two children and I are
extremely happy with our beautiful exclusive home. I have had strangers
walk by the house and stop to tell us how nice it looks. Many of the
neighbors looking to build in the area have also asked for the builders
contact information. I recommend Mr. Vito Tamma to anyone who is ready to
live in their dream home.
